Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and of GDPR UE N.2016/679

This Privacy Policy is compliant with the provisions of Art. 13 of D.Lgs. 196/2003 - GDPR UE N.2016/679 - we give you the following information

Purpose of the processing

The data can be collected for one or more of the following purposes:

1) to provide the access to restricted areas of the Portal and Portals/websites connected with this and to send communications, including commercial ones, notices, news, updates on the initiatives of FirenzeLibri s.r.l. and its subsidiaries and / or affiliates and / or Sponsors.

2) potential transfer to third parties of the aforementioned data aimed at creating email marketing campaigns and sending commercial communications.

3) possible transfer to third parties of the aforementioned data aimed at the correct functioning of the sales services offered.

4) perform the obligations established by laws or regulations

5) contact management

Methods of processing

The data will be processed in the following ways:

1) single-opt data collection, in a specific database

2) recording and processing on paper and / or magnetic support

3) organization of archives in a mainly automated form, pursuant to the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, Allegato B of the Privacy Code.

4) the data will be kept for a period that allows the services requested to be provided, or for the period necessary to comply with tax obligations, or until the user exercises his right to cancel them.

Binding nature

For the correct functioning of the various services we offer, some data are necessarily requested. The mandatory data are expressly indicated in the individual data entry forms, and the related privacy policies define the methods and purposes of the processing.

Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed

The collected data may be disclosed to:

1) companies and businesses for direct mailing or similar activities

2) associations and foundations wishing to purchase advertising space on the lists or on the website and/or connected to the supply of a particular service.

3) subjects who must have access to data, as required by law or secondary and/or community regulations.

4) subjects who must have access to the data for the correct progress of the service offered.

5) subsidiaries of FirenzeLibri s.r.l. and/or affiliates and/or Sponsors.

Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code and of the EU GDPR No. 2016/679, we inform you that your rights regarding the processing of data are:

- to know, through free access, the existence of data processing that may concern you

- be informed about the nature and purpose of the processing

- obtain from the owner, without delay:

-- confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and the communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; the request can be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, with an interval of no less than ninety days

-- the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed

-- the updating, the rectification or, if interested, the integration of existing data

-- oppose in whole or in part for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection
