Ein weiterer Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit Geylers von Kayserberg Einfluß auf Albertinus und Tympius, während schließlich eine Marginalia auf Carl Schmitts eigentümliche Lektüre von Spees ‘Cautio Criminalis’ eingeht.
