Enrico Stelluti Scala fu sindaco di Fabriano, deputato e ministro delle Poste e dei Telegrafi del Regno d'Italia durante il Secondo Governo Giolitti. Curiosamente fu anche poeta dilettante. Deceduto nel 1905 la famiglia ha ricevuto numerosissimi telegrammi di condoglianze, tra i quali spicca quello del monarca Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia, parlamentari ed altri notabili.
