Percorso non facile perchè "l'identificazione dell'essere donna è un problema bruciante", anzi è il problema di ogni giorno e di ogni ora, soprattutto se, come Ebe, si è nati nel cuore profondo di un'antica cultura meridionale e si è cresciuti in un ambiente di funzionari e impiegati che ripetono su scala ridotta il meccanico formalismo dei burocrati gogoliani.
